Human Design is a system that describes the diversity of people.
It offers a clear answer to the question "Are human beings determined by their predisposition or by their environment?": Both!
Through a renewed view of Hindu chakra teachings, it shows us:
At which points am I influenceable from the outside and where sits my own power and wisdom, which I bring with me from birth? This also clarifies the issue of the individual energy household and the question of how we actually make authentic decisions.
The big question of Human Design is:
Have you found your own flow yet?

Our concern is the professional support of people who want to change their lives profoundly. The Human Design System is a powerful compass on the way to yourself and to your own flow.
Since intellectual understanding is not enough, we offer various possibilities of process work to liquefy the inner blockages, that prevent us from fully utilising our specific intelligence and power to the full.
We dream a world where people follow their own authentic path.
The essence of human design is not stereotyping, but rather the appreciation of the individuality with which we are all born.
It is not individualism that has created toxic egoism but homogenization.
Not being allowed to be who you are creates the frustration, disappointment, bitterness and anger that poison the world.
In a world that embraces individuality, people fulfill their life's mission with joy, make gifts to one another, and naturally take responsibility for the common good.
Change processes do not unfold in a linear fashion, but in cycles.
The starting point for any inner transformation is the expansion of consciousness.
Without the illumination of our various inner parts and hidden inner conflicts, we get stuck and spin in circles. But awareness on its own is not enough. Only those who really dare to make new decisions can come to new actions and thus to new results.
In this context, the most radical action is sometimes non-action, refraining from acting out entrenched patterns of behaviour.
Those who move to and beyond the edge of their own learned comfort zone in this way will inevitably be confronted with emotional resistances and old burdens.
The process of accepting, embracing and discharging these is called catharsis.
Last but not least, you need the space to fully integrate the change. I.e. enough sleep and enough time to digest new inner and outer experiences.
In this video, flow researcher Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi explains the basics of what we know about flow states:
They come from finding the right balance of challenge and skill.
Flow states and "getting into your own flow" are not the same thing, as the former describes more temporary states and the latter a process of changing your overall state. However, getting into one's own flow significantly increases the likelihood of experiencing flow states, as it means surrendering to one's strengths without avoiding challenges.
Joachim's direct but fine manner invites me to explore my own patterns and blind spots. I felt appreciated and accompanied with humor.
The reading at the Human Design Lab helped me to understand what potential lies within me, how I can unfold it and find my strength.
Joachim delivered an intuitive and accessible reading for me. I felt held, inspired & supported in the process of understanding better my design. It just made me want to dive deeper into this approach & also share it with friends and family. It is such a vast science so meeting someone who can explain the reading with clarity and openness is very precious.
Joachim was able to offer me a relatable explanation of the concept of human design system so that I could better grasp what the reading could mean for me. The reading literally made my chin drop because I felt like my person was literally being "read" by someone else. During the reading, Joachim helped me understand my impulses better as an individual embedded in complex (interpersonal) contexts, using specific examples to illustrate how I could use human design system to pave what I would call a smoother path.
